Before you book
Do your therapists come to my home?
Yes. Every session is delivered at your villa, apartment or office anywhere in Abu Dhabi, with a professional treatment table, premium oils and fresh towels.
Are all therapists male?
Yes. Premium Lifestyle works exclusively with trained, professional male therapists, serving male clients across Abu Dhabi.
Which areas of Abu Dhabi do you cover?
We serve all of Abu Dhabi including Saadiyat Island, Yas Island, Al Reem Island, Al Raha Beach, Al Bateen, Khalifa City, Mohammed Bin Zayed City, the Corniche, Al Mushrif and Masdar City.
How long is a session?
Standard sessions run 60 or 90 minutes. Extended and combined sessions are available on request.
How far in advance should I book?
Same-day bookings are often possible. For evenings and weekends we recommend booking a day ahead.
What do I need to prepare?
Nothing. Your therapist brings the treatment table, fresh linen, towels and oils. A quiet room and a power socket are all that is needed.
Can I choose the pressure level?
Absolutely. Pressure and focus areas are agreed at the start of every session and adjusted throughout based on your feedback.
Is sports massage suitable after the gym?
Yes — post-training is one of the best times. It helps reduce next-day soreness and supports faster recovery.
How do I pay?
Payment is made directly to your therapist at the end of the session. Rates are confirmed on WhatsApp before booking.
